SPEECH & MUSIC RECITAL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION is a non-profit making organization founded by Mrs Elsie Tu, GBM for holding speech and music competitions for students in Hong Kong.

We are committed:

• to provide an open platform to any student who likes to participate;
• to recognize students' participation, not only to the top performers, but also to each individual for their effort spent;
