SPEECH & MUSIC RECITAL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION is a non-profit making organization founded by the late Mrs Elsie Tu, GBM for holding speech and music competitions for students in Hong Kong.

We are committed –

• to provide an open platform to any student who likes to participate

• to recognize students' participation, not only the top performers', but also to each individual for their effort spent

• to give professional and individual advice for advancement

• to develop children's self-confidence and give the pride that every child deserves

3% Entry Fee is donated to‘Médecins Sans Frontières’for charity purpose
